Our first time in Brussels and we were thrilled with the hotel and its location. We could walk easily to the station and travel all over the city. This is my second time saying it this hotel. It's a nice hotel, rooms are a little small but for Europe it is a luxury. Food was excellent and if you want to go outside from the hotel there are plenty of other dining options. Beds comfortable, rooms are clean, and the staff was very amicable.

As others have said the staff is a bit aloof, but they were very helpful when pressed. We were able to get a smoking room , which always makes my wife's stay much more relaxing. This was a nice hotel facilities wise but, we found the staff there quite pretentious. The rooms were great and it was located close to the square. I wouldn't stay there again due to the rude staff who thought they were more important than there clients
