This hotel needs a major renovation! Rooms are in very bad shape and not really clean. Wifi is only available in lobby . Staff was not attentive for the guests during breakfast but on the mobile phone most of the time.

I was aware of 'renovations' when I made the booking. However internet connection in all rooms was broken, the bar shut in the evening because of broken freezers and my room flooded due to broken pipes in the room opposite. The Alliance may well become a pleasant place to stay post renovation but for now, leave well alone!

Very poor room and hotel condition, but price for it was very high comparing!Aslo breakfast for 10 eur looked a lot for the choice there!Reception staff wasn`t smiling, looked just unhappy. We were going to a concert,ju this one night sleepover was ok,for staying longer-not a chance!Close to metro station to go to city centre.

Wow. I don't know what to say I'm so VERY ANGRY at this hotel and specifically at the receptionist. . I left my stuff in my room today, new clothes, a book I love that I bought overseas in a museum and can never have again unless paying 400 euros for the trip, receipts and money, toys. EVERYTHING WAS GONE... More

Stayed here for the night before heading to Rock Werchter a few years ago. Went out in Brussels for drinks with friends so wasn't fussed about internet access or TV, bar or entertainment e.t.c. Slept well.

Overall the room was comfortable, but there was no WIFI and the treat wasn´t very nice. The best thing was the breakfast, only 10 euros and it was very well. I would recommend to take in account the internet signal, because as a traveller it´s very important.

I never spend time writing negative reviews, life's too short but for the sake of humanity and for people intending on staying here...... please don't, its dirty, the rooms are tiny, the breakfast is awful, the service is awful, the beds stink, the bathrooms are falling apart and don't be fooled by the pictures! You would be better buying a... More

The Alliance hotel had efficiently equipped rooms with long windows. Some of its rooms were quite spacious where as some of them were a little conjusted. However one of the things I liked best was its dining hall with glass doors leading out to a garden adorned with an array of blood red roses!

The location is ok, because it is close to the Atomium, Expo and stadium. You can easily take the subway from there and get to any location. Small room, clean, but the furniture is a little too old. Bathroom - broken toillet, the toilet kept drawing water, so unfriendly with the environment and with your sleep and nerves as well.... More

For a quick trip to Brussels, or to go to the many spectacles and expositions that take place near it, it's an excellent choice. The rooms were little but come on, you're going to need a room only to sleep. Even tough there were some problems with the room keys the personnel took care of it quickly and the service... More
