Small room. No hand towel. No clock-radio. No kettle. No waste basket in room, only in bathroom. Waste basket needs a plastic liner. More than 10 cardboard notices about various things like breakfast, energy conservation, etc. Too many! Noise at night from carousing youth, until after 1 a.m. Saturday night. Notice says to put recyclables on the desk, which may... More

At first I thought it was sort of far from the train station, but quickly realized how centrally located it was. About 20 minute walk from station. Breakfast was not free, but what a spread. Worth the extra money. There are small restaurants within a few minutes walk and bigger ones a few blocks farther. European room are ALL small... More

Have stayed here previously and have always had great service from the very friendly staff at reception. It's great value for money for a city centre location. Very basic amenities but definitely 3-star in terms of cleanliness and decor. Best thing about it is the location, which is only a few minutes walk away from the city centre and very... More

Perfectly reasonable and good value Ibis hotel in the central of Brussels serving as a great base for visiting the city. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions from this hotel (there's another Ibis slightly more central, not much in it). Rooms are small but perfectly functional with large beds in the doubles. Good for a long... More

Ironically this wasn't my first choice of hotel for my stay in Brussels, my first choice was the Novatel Tour Noire which happened to be on the other side of the street and on reflection I'm happy that I didn't pay the extra (and wait) to get a stay at the Tour Noire. The Ibis comes across as a strange... More

The hotel was ok for the one night we stayed in Brussels we moved onto to Burges for the second two nights. This hotel is located in the centre of Brussels within easy walking distance to the centre of the square. On arrival we were check in straight away and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A small hotel at a great location. Not worth the money paid. Novotel next door looks much better. Very low value for money. Felt like a dorm room! More
