We stayed there on december 2014 for the christmas market in Bruxelles. The hotel is fabulously located in sainte catherine right in the center of Bruxelles. You can walk anywhere easily and for the christmas market the place was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and convenient. Overall for the price paid it is... Had booked 2 rooms and were given rooms on 6th floor, however one of the rooms was not made up. The receptionist was very polite and gave us two rooms together in a type of annexe to the hotel. These were on the ground floor. The rooms were fine. Bed was large and facilities in the room were good. Kitchen... More

Though the cheapest of the Citadines I have booked around the world, this was the one were it did not meet a typical Citadines standard. the room was old and the small kitchenette was combined together with the bedroom. If it was cleaned well, I guess it would have been ok but it had a residual smell of someone having... More

We have just returned from Citadines Brussels Sainte-Catherine. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment on the 2nd floor. The reception staff, Ms. Loetje, was very friendly and allow us to check-in into our apartments before the check-in time. Overall, reception staff are friendly, courteous and gave us valuable advise as what we should see and do.... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at Citadines on St Catherine's square in Brussels. We were given a large one bedroom flat with an adequate kitchenette - bedroom a great size, with a large living room with a pull out couch. It looked out to the lovely square, with great restaurants and atmosphere. It is right next to the metro... More

Citadines is good value for a fare price. Small studio appartement with well equipped kitchinette and own bathroom with WC. Flatscreen TV with lots of channels. Very good situated for visiting Brussels (metro entrance in front of hotel and only 10 min. walk to Large Market place). Friendly staff. Coffee & tea free in lobby. Our small dog was welcome... Good hotel just a few steps from the metro line. Check in clerk made excellent restaurant reservations. The floor in our room could have been cleaner (hard surface) but the rest of the room was fine-it was nice to have a kettle and refrigerator (dish washer and microwave were also in the room). WIFI was very good. Our only real... More

Reasonable prize hotel for staying in the center of the city. It is few steps from metro lines, so travelling is easy. Rooms are nice and clean, well equiped (ironing machine, coocking possibilities, etc), internet service is fast. No bad things to write about.

We chose this apartment on basis of the previous tripadvisor reviews and had an enjoyable few days. The location is as described with a metro only a stones throw away from the building and plenty of local amenities nearby. A small well stocked supermarket is literally in the next block and has a machine to make freshly squeezed orange juice.... More
