For a business trip I stayed in this hotel / apartment. This room was booked for me by a company I regularly work for. For 190-200 euro's (ex breakfast) I got a 15 year old room with a fold up bed and a tiny mattress. My impression was that most of their rooms are like this. Only after some pressure... More

Not very much impressed by the service. Very basic and in need to refurbishing. Studio's are ok, but boring. More

It's not the first time I selected to place at the Citadines St Catherine. Unfortunately the problems remain the same! The studio is dirty :-( I ask three recovery that the housework be done in my studio, 3times... I specify that my asking is paying ... Inadmissible!!! To finish the housework of my studio will never be made ... Easter... More

Good aparthotel in a nice area. I rented one of the two-room apartments ans stayed for two days. The apartment is nice and it has all what is necessary (small kitchen, two TVs, large bedding). The sound isolation between adjacent rooms and with the street could be improved, but it is OK. The breafast is too expensive for the quality... More

We stayed here in one of the one bedroom apartments which has a bedroom, bathroom, toilet and separate living area and it was ideal for us with our 1 year old child. We were able to put him to sleep at 7pm but could stay up a little later ourselves by staying the the living area. The location is pretty... More

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Location perfect, in a nice area with lots of good cafes, restaurants, churches etc. Larger room was perfect for us, with two small children. More

The generic exterior and spare lobby of this hotel looks deceiving, like it's going to be a mediocre pensione. But the rooms were fabulous and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, frequently offering suggestions and recommendations. We stayed here during a honeymoon tour of Belgium and it was around 20-degrees F almost all of the three days we were... More

To be fair I'll start with the best parts: -The Citadines hotel has a great location and for that reason alone I might even consider staying there again. -My room was nicely located with a corner window on the 3rd floor, with a lovely view over the square. This, however, was the only good thing about my room (and ment... More

These rooms are great if traveling with a family. We got a suite so there was a separate living and separate bedroom for the kid to sleep while the parents unwind, with a kitchen for kid food and parental beverages (see the Carrefour located around the corner). The trip started off horrible with the noisy renovations, but management went out... More

I found this hotel in Rick Steves' Amsterdam Bruges/Brussels Book and made our reservation on May 14th for a stay in late Sept. I chose it specifically because of the Parking Garage available for our rental car, and the 3 triangle Rating by RS. Upon arrival, we drove in circles for several hours around the general vacinity of the Hotel,... More
