I just came back from my trip in Brussels. I stayed 1 night in Ibis Brussels off Grand Place. This hotel has an excellent location: very close to Central Station and Grand Place. However, in my opinion staff at this hotel is unfriendly and not very helpful. more

The IBIS looks good from the outside and has a good location with surrounding pavement cafes and is next door to the Grand Place, which is a beautiful European city centre. We are just back from the Ibis hotel in Brussells, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is fairly basic but is comfortable (excellent bed) and services good. No tea/coffee in room but available in bar 24/7. Breakfast excellent. Security superb with card access everywhere, including lift. Position out of this world about 3 minutes from the Grand Place. Absolute bargain price. more

Pros: The hotel is one block from the Grand Place and a very short walk to Central Station. Since it was August, the rate was great (79 Euro/night). The rooms are spartan but comfortable. Stayed here for two nights just 88 pound s for two nights in double room . A no frills hotel a bed and bathroom nice clean rooms reasonable size great shower. Location is great only 2 minututes from Grand Place . Easy transfer from midii Eurostar station just catch a train from midi station to central station most trains stop... more

I stayed here mid week while on business. At best its only average, although the location is good and the staff helpful. On the downside the noise was terrible, the bar sounded like great craic at 1am as I tried in vain to sleep. Bring ear plugs. more
