Quite average for a 4* hotel. The staff was helpful but a quite weird. The internet connection was a bit slow. The place of the hotel is nice, noise-free and really close to the european commision and the shuman metro station.

The location of the hotel is in the European quarters, which is quite empty during the weekends and summer, but there is a short trip into the city center, takes a few minutes with the metro. There was a communal parking outside the hotel which was free during Saturday and Sunday. The room was okay, not quite four star, when... More

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, luckily there was still one parking spot. It depends on the availability and there are only 6 or 7 parking spots. When we got in to the room I saw the closet was really old, smelled bad made out of some old cheap wood. You don't see these pictures on the website.... More

We paid about 55 euro and for that it was great value but note the following on parking. Although the hotel advertises free parking (and this is why we chose it) they only have a small number of spots and when we arrived these were all taken. This was a bit annoying but if you are there on a weekend,... More

Great value for money. Hotel is located next to European Parliament. Hotel i clean, comfortable and quiet. Personel is helpful and friendly. Parking is free in basement for around 8 cars. Very close to centre of brussel (15 mins on foot). Wifi is free.

We stayed 2 nights in July at the New Hotel Charlemange .Location is good ,very close to Schuman metro ( 2 minutes walk ) .Hotel is a little tired and dated , although bedroom and bathroom were slightly small but were clean .No air conditioning in our room, this could therefore get hot in the summer This hotel in the... My room was fine and a good size but although there appears to be a bar and dining room, the bar only serves if you go and ask the receptionist and the dining room which, "Closes at 10.00 pm," was closed when I arrived at 09.45 pm and did not seem to open the next night. I think it is... More

I stayed here for one night for a business trip. While inexpensive, the hotel was the bare minimum for a city like Brussels. The hotel is shabby, smells funny, and the rooms are extremely small. The toilet ran the whole time I was there. No air conditioning. Stay somewhere else-- it is close to many nicer hotels.

It is a hotel with good location and functional room. Clean and simple. However, there is no free coffee, tea, or bottled water in the room. Charging €2.50 for a cup of coffee is too much. Room can get warm in summer.

The hotel is located in the european quarter, clean and comfortable. But, for geing a 4 stars, many things shall be changed: no room service available the day i was there ( only the reception girl to make everything), intenet is working terribely bad, slow and weak signal. So an average hotel, nothing else
