Modern and simple room with enough space but if you need two beds the second one is a sofa bed ( this seems to be universally true in novotels) and that fills up the room. The location is fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't sample the breakfast (not included at 21euros) more

We had a great time in the Novotel grand place - it is perfectly located nearby the very center of Brussels. It is all modern and clean, but most importantly, it's got a playstation in the lobby and a small playground for young children in the restaurant, so that you can have dinner while they play next to you on... more

TIP FOR EUROSTAR TRAVELLERS: The hotel is very near the Central Station (Gare Centrale) but Eurostar arrives at Gare du Midi. The easiest way to get from Midi to Centrale with luggage is NOT to use the Metro or trams, but get on a main line train: many of them stop at both stations as they pass through the capital.... more

Stayed two nights in November and can only agree on all the positive things mentioned before. I would like to add the orange juice machine making absolutely fantastic juice for breakfast, I had a few extra glasses and enjoyed it as breakfast was included in the room price otherwise they charge a steep 21 Euros, buy something at Carrefour just... more

I spent a couple of days at this specific hotel. I was very satisfied with the rooms, they must have been recently refurbished. Very modern environment, very positive vibes. The hotel is situated just next to the center of Brussels (Grand Place) so it is really convenient. The stuff was very helpful and quick during service. Definitely a must visit... more

I went to Brussels to participate in a UE meeting, and I stayed this hotel for 2 nights. I like it very much. Everything was clean and smells like it, nice rooms, small but nice gym, wonderful breakfast and great location, right in the beggining of the "Rue du Marché aux Herbes", which means in the center of everything (2... more

Perfect position in centre of Old Brussels and just a short walk from Central railway station. Hotel is quite smart and refurbishment with great bathroom. Despite its location the hotel is quite quiet. The only downside is breakfast. Priced at Euros 21 is is not very good with terrible disorganised service and dirty crockery. However on completing the usual questionaire... more

This hotels sits on one of the finest squares in old Brussels. You are just a block away from the Central train station and a block away from the Grand Place. The triple rooms are a nice combination of a double bed and a fold out love seat. All the amenities of a business class hotel. Wi-Fi is available from... more

Stayed 1 night on returning from friends' wedding. Everything you would like to expect from a big hotel chain - clean, tidy and well equipped rooms. Buffet style breakfast (included by booking online via hotel website and getting a great rate). Location good for seeing Grand Place and easy access to metro to take you back to Gare du Midi. more
