Despite reserving directly with the hotel, receiving e-mail confirmation, and providing credit card for guarantee, I was informed that no room was available for my colleague. Stayed for two nights and had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and it´s very easy to find places to dine. The beds could be better though. More

Arrived in Brussels via Eurostar from London. Location of hotel was within walking distance of train station and Grand Place -approx 3-5 minutes. Excellent location- close to train station and Grand Place. We had a room on the 1st floor facing the square and whilst there was some noise from partygoers late in the evening/early morning it was not too bad and did not effect our sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay and there were a number of options to choose from.... More
