this hotel was very clean & comfortable. Small rooms. Good hotel staff. Good continental breakfast. 5 minutes walking distance from Grote Market. Pass on the hotel restaurant and eat in the center of town. more

We stayed in Brussels only 4 nights, the location of the hotel is fabulous, near Grand Place. The rooms were big and clean, nice bathroom and good staff. Breakfast was ok for a 4*. The lobby was very cozy and with a romantic atmosphere. I enjoyed at lot staying in there. more

Stayed here week and a half ago because it was associated with a conference I was going to. Mistake. One of the smallest rooms I've had, even in Europe - dirty walls, bathroom had a slight sulfur smell. No AC (just a rickety floor fan) and myself and my colleagues were all very uncomfortable with the heat. One of my... more

As others have already said, this is NOT a 4 star hotel. The location is great 5 mins to Grand Place and 10 mins from Central Station. The area of the hotel seemed a bit down-market as I seemed to attract a lot of beggars and "ladies". The room (108) was clean and compact, the bathroom was ok. The shower... more

Nice hotel and great location, but would be looking for a better bargain if paying my own way! Staff were a bit snobby but helpful just the same. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Grand Place, so very centrally located, with lots of sidewalk cafes around. Room was large and clean, if a wee bit dated in decor.... more

What can I say......We had a weekend break at this hotel along with another couple. We arrived on the Eurostar which was amazing and even early! We walked from the station as it was not very far and a nice day. We arrived at the hotel late morning to the reception of a very rude and arrogant female. She stated... more

The location of the hotel is great, but it's the only one positive feedback. The hotel was disappointing. It was clean and the bathroom wasn't bad, but the room was awful: it was narrow and so hot and suffocating that was a big problem to sleep at night. Moreover, in the middle of the night someone of the staff of... more

The worst 4* I've ever booked. In a nice position, outside apparently looks nice. Inside the lobby is appreciable. The concierge is really unhelpful, there isn't a luggage room. The rooms are rather limited and not too clean, the furnishings are old. The minibar was switched off and empty. The staff is also not too pleasant, and also makes terrible mistakes...... more

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, as other reviewers have mentioned. The rooms are very old - even the bed spread looked like it had been around since the 60s. The rooms are large enough, but the bathrooms are small and need updating. Also, the fitness center had one old stair stepper and some weights - no treadmill or... more

The hotel is in a great location and only 5 minutes away from the Grand Place. On entering the hotel, it looks like a 4 star and has a grand reception but thats where it ends. Our room wasnt ready on arrival although we were told that we could leave our bags in the luggage room until our room was... more
