I booked a 4 night stay here through the hotel's website. When we got there, they said our name was not found in their system. So i gave the confirmation number they emailed me, only to be told that their confirmation numbers are more digits, and that can't be from them. They said they'd 'call the manager'. 20 min. later... more

We decided to go to Brussels to surprise my partner for his 30th birthday. The party consisted of 4 members (2 female, 2 male) aged between 29 and 35. Before I talk about the Hotel, let me just say that we all found Brussels to be a great city break and would go back there again in an instant! What... more

When you are booking a room at the last minute, you never quite know how the luck of the draw will go... and I can tell you the draw went well this time! Transport: Perhaps it seems odd to be catching public transport to a 5 star hotel, but my aspirations to live the five star lifestyle are not matched... more

We are just back from Bristol Stephanie and had a lovely stay. The hotel was great value at only EUR 99 per night. If it had been much more expensive I would not have thought it good value as the decor was very traditional/old fashioned. I wouldn't call it a 5 star, more 4 star in terms of accomodation but... more

We stayed for four nights at the Bristol Stephanie and found it to be an excellent hotel. The room, upgraded without a request to do so, was very large by European standards. It was clean and furnished well. The staff was helpful. Really good price for the room. We did not eat at the restaurant, feeling it was overpriced, but... more

Satyed at this clean, centrally located hotel Sept 13 - 15, 2007 and found it to be a beautiful spot. On arrival (short taxi ride from train station) we were upgraded to a business room on the front of the hotel. The room was extremely clean, had beautiful wood floors, separate toilet and tub/shower/sink facilities. Even though the room was... more

My dad & I stayed here for a night in September07. It cost 60quid through Expedia for a twin without breakfast - so much cheaper than rip-off London! We got upgraded to an execative room which was fantastic. Big room, very clean, good beds, furniture, big, clean bathroom, double sink, separate bath + shower + separate room for toilet. The... more

Stayed at the Stephanie for 2 nights in August. Great Hotel and absolutely fabulous rooms. Very spacious room for a family of 4. Nice hardwood floor and very clean washroom. The staff was very polite and always willing to help us out with our questions. Nice little restaurant ( le Livourne II) on the street behind the hotel. more

We were given a deluxe room that was bigger and better equipt than most suites I have stayed in. Wooden flooring, marble bathroom, twin sinks, seperate bath and shower, best bit totaly seperate wc, Rose petals on... more

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and lush. Definately 4star! The restuarant and room service facilities were not available at the time of our visit, which was disappointing, but on a positive note it meant we discovered more interesting eating places, such as Bleu de toi. The food was fantastic and a highlight of our trip! more
