Upon arriving I had to wait until the reception lady finished her chat with another client. No hello, no welcome. I was given a standard room, when I told the lady that I booked a club room on their homepage, she asked me "what does this mean, we don't have club rooms?". I got my booked room after some discussions,... more

I chose the Bristol Hotel Stephanie on the basis of reviews. The rooms themselves are quite nice although the bed was so springy it actually tipped me off onto the floor! Wifi was available but expensive. The breakfast was also expensive really for what it was, but quite acceptable. The service was quite poor - the front counter staff leave... more

We had to wait 15 minutes to check in while the sole staff member arranged someones restaurant outing. Room was good size but with one whole side consisting of a window opening toother buildings - it could not be opened anywhere. The so called doublebed consisted of two unconnected mattresses whch kept sliding apart. Breakfast was good quality but in... more

Stayed with my husband for 3 nights. I was on a business trip, and also attended a meeting in the hotel, so I had the chance to see it from both sides: as a tourist and as a business traveller. The hotel is an excellent choice compared to the price I got from their web site, just 99 Euros per... more

We stayed here 2 nights, and it is one of the nicest hotels I have been to. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and modern. We didn't have enough towels at first, but after asking at reception we got some. The location was fantastic with shops, cafes and a metro station nearby. The only bad... more

Having spent much time searching the Eurostar's Hotel offerings I settled on the Stephanie for a night stop over for Business in brussels and I was so glad I did. The service from all staff was exceptional especially the reception team who spoke perfect English and couldnt help enough! I am one weary traveller who hates the possibility of not... more

Because I travel a lot on business it really makes a difference if the hotel is comfortable and make me feel right at home. Bristol did exactly that. I got a beautiful room on the 10th floor with a huge terrace overlooking the city. Mind you that I booked a regular room, nothing fancy. Both, room an dthe bathroom were... more

We stayed here 6 nights. The Good -- The room was large and clean. The bathroom was excellent with two sinks, a bath, and separate shower stall. The toilet and a small sink were in a small separate room. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and mostly helpful. The Bad -- No room service on weekends. Restaurant closed on weekends. Minimal... more

we booked the Bristol Stephanie back in March for 3 nights in May. On arrival (quite tired after a long week and looking forward to a Romantic weekend), we were told by the member of staff that he did not have a room for us because they were overbooked due to a big group that had just checked in. Now... more

Just returned from a two-night stay at the Hotel Bristol Stephanie. The rooms are very pretty and the bathroom is nice but I would not stay at this hotel again. It is more suited for a business trip, not a family vacation. The hotel is impersonal; the desk clerk upon arrival told me that the adjoining rooms we reserved (we... more
