Booked two nights at the end of a holiday and found the room (standard) disappointing not roomy, cramped for two people and no wardrobe space whatsoever. Mini bar not functioning (just as well at the prices charged!). Restaurant closed for renovation. Super hotel in a nice quiet location 3 stops from the Eurostar and a pleasant walk to the historic city centre. Big rooms, well furnished will friendly employees. We booked directly through Eurostar and got a free upgrade when we arrived to the 10th floor where the rooms have terraces, having now stayed I would pay for it next time!... more
