Nice and design place. Not exactly in Brussels city centre but easy access by tram and metro. Breakfast expensive. Rooms are original and comfortable. Perfect place to stay when you are a couple.

This hotel in the center of Brussels (stone's through from metro stop Botanique/Kruidentuin) is great value for money, with standard rooms starting from €65.
Its actually a previously old hotel that was bought up and refurbished - most of the effort has gone into the rooms themselves, so the bathrooms are still in an older style. Everything is clean, and...

I must preface this review by saying that a lot depends on value for money - If I have come at the weekend and paid €75 for a room shared with my partner, the review would be more generous. As it was, I paid almost twice that mid week, alone, which makes me fussier.

We stayed for 2 nights in may 2012 and enjoyed to be there. Except the breakfast, a little overpriced, but very rich and varied, the price / quality ratio is very good. A place to return for another stay in brussels.
Suroundings are not top but you are close Botanique metro station and the "jardin botanique" Hotel itself is interesting. Cool design of room but the bathroom is a bit old. For the price it is really good. The restaurant attached to the hotel is really good as well
I stayed for 2 nights and first impressions always count for me. The area around the hotel is a little run down and seedy and hardly anywhere decent to eat or drink. The receptionist called 'Princess' was clearly having an off day and was pretty rude and moody during my check-in.
The other receptionists I dealt with were fine in...

Ok but would have preferred to eat before stepping out.the resturant in the hotel...

Nice place, reasonable price, rich breakfast! Metro station is very close to hotel, you can be in everywhere in Brussels in just a minute. We choose this hotel cos we search for interesting place to stay during our business trip! I can absolutely advise it for business travelers!
Not what I expected for the price (in a good way, that is). A fresh trendy hotel in a very convenient location. Close to trams, metro, and central station. Rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. Great social scene in the hotel as well as the downstairs bar seems to be a local hot spot. We did not eat there...
