I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference at the hotel. I had a comfortable stay, rooms were adequate and generally clean. However, the bathroom shower screen was hopeless and regardless of how I showered, I ended up flooding the bathroom as there was a big gap between the shower door/screen and the bath and water ended up everywhere... more

It's hard to believe the Hotel Bloom isn't spanking new. The place sparkles. We had a very large room with funky artwork and a decent bathroom (the shower leaked rather and they were stingy with the towels). The bar is funky with a DJ, great lighting and an area where you can dine without being cut off from the atmosphere.... more

I have stayed at hotel Bloom for 7 nights, 4 nights for business and 3 nights for tourism together with my husband. For the first 4 nights I had a room on the main street, with quite a lot of noise from the street. I then asked to change room for one on the back side of the building, which... more

Bloom hotel My friend and I stayed here for just two nights recently. We got a good deal through lastminute.com (paid £120 for a twin room for 2 nights, plus local city tax). Going direct with the hotel would have cost 115 Euros per night! Its location was fine for us. We had read it was a bit further out... more

Room was quite spacious & comfortable. Location was convenient to Metro & North Train Station. Enjoyed the nearby Botanical Gardens. Hyped up theme wasn't all that impressive...other than a nice modern appearance & cordial/helpful front desk staff. Would stay at hotel again. more

Great hotel! The outside needs maybe some refurbishment, but the inside is really cool! I loved the light coloured rooms, lots of space, new facilities. Great bar and good breakfast restaurant. Absolutely one of the best hotels in Brussels with very low rates. more

I stayed at Hotel Bloom for 3 days. Reception went through smoothly and my room on the sixth floor was adequate. The bed was REALLY comfortable, probably the nicest hotel bed I have slept in! The Tassimo machine was interesting, there were no instructions how to use it, I had to ask a fellow visitor where to put the water!... more

Nice and spacious rooms with unique interior. Rooms on the street side are not to be recommended to those sensitive to noise. There is horrible sound isolation. The elevators can only be used if you have card key, which is very sensitive and you must not keep it close to your cell phone in the pocket. Otherwise you can risk... more

I booked a night at the Bloom after it appeared in the Independent's '48 Hours In Brussels' feature. We arrived on the Eurostar late morning and decided to walk to Bloom from the Gare du Midi - further than I thought, but it was a delight to arrive at such a welcoming hotel. Bloom is not a boutique hotel -... more

Stayed one night on a business trip with a late arrival. Check-in was a bit confused, both in finding some of the booking arrangements and in providing information about dining options. I was told the kitchen was closed and there was no room service, while eventually I was still able to get dinner at the bar/restaurant. Dinner was modern/fusion and... more
