We recently stayed at the Sheraton thinking that it's a Sheraton so there is at least some level of standard. The main reason we chose the Sheraton was that they offered 2 double beds and could acommodate 2 adults, a child and a baby. I had problems finding hotels in Brussels that would allow us all in one room. The... more

Thank you for staying at the Sheraton Brussels hotel last month. Your detailed feed back has received our full attention and we are very grateful for the honesty and openness of your comments. We are glad to hear that you have appreciated the 2 double beds in your room and the central location of the hotel nearby the centre of...

Great spot for getting lots of business done in Brussels. Easy access to the subway and close to everything in town. Club lounge is nice - worth the upgrade. Stay far away from the concierge named Pierre - he is the worst concierge I have ever seen. (When I could even get him to look up from his computer games,... more

1 night. Suite on the 25th floor. The best part is the very nice view on Brussels. The hotel location is handy with public transport, shopping and restaurants next door. The rooms are getting old but are fairly spacious and well furbished. The service was excellent. more

This is one of those big European hotels that is trying to buck the trend of being impersonal and unfriendly and only partially succeeding. The experience at the front desk both checking in and leaving was great. These folks really tried to be a accommodating and helpful. Now contrast this with my experience at breakfast. I was not shown to... more

The room was very comfortable, good bed and lots of pillows. Spacious bath room had individual toiletries and plenty of towels, great power shower and... more

The hotel is one minute walk from a metro station which will take you most places in Brussels and a 10 minute walk will take you to the Grand Place where there are loads of brasseries, bars and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive €26.50 per head, but we had it one day as a treat and it... more

The Sheraton Brussels is a typical 1960--70's massive concrete dinosaur of a building. Some areas of the hotel have been refurbished like reception, lobby, the cool looking bar and cafe...Some rooms have been updated, but others not at all. Other areas still look when they were built 25--35 years ago like the pool area and the single person escalators leading... more

The Sheraton Brussels Hotel was excellent! It was convenient to the train station (from the airport), metro, and great restaurants. The hotel desk staff was great and upgraded me to a "Club Level" room. It was busy with business travelers over the weekend, but staff was still attentive. Room service was prompt and relatively inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel... more
