5 nights at the Sheraton in Brussels on a conference. As expected with a Sheraton, the rooms were nice, with all amenities required, the hotel was nice and the service levels were nice. Exactly what you would expect from a Sheraton, no more, no less.

This was a great hotel. They had a media conference for a fight when we were there and they still checked us in straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us a map and gave us directions on how to get to places. Rooms were 5 star quality.

Totally standard corporate hotel.
Has mixture of refurbished and non-refurbished rooms, something to watch out for. Also, it has atleast 6 lifts so beware of being given a room that backs on to them - I immediately requested and was given an alternative room. With respect, our lift columns are very silent mechanically - so I'm not sure why you had particular issues with rooms by the lifts (unless you are referring to possible noise coming from fellow guests?).
