We got a room in the main building. The room itself was nice, but the area and surroundings felt unpleasant with all of the prostitutes standing around and seedy looking characters. Not the kind of feeling you want on a holiday. They were also chatting really loudly into the night and we could hear them from our room. This hotel... More

It's worth noting the abundance of prostitutes on the street, day and night. That said, I didn't feel unsafe at any point, though I did make sure I was back in the hotel by dark as I am a young woman traveling solo. Sheets were clean, bed was quite comfortable, and the room was nice and modern, however there was... More

We stayed for one night on a general trip to Brussels. The hotel was chosen on price. The reception staff were friendly. We were placed two suites as there was seven of us these were away from the main hotel, down the street and a left turn past some very derelict looking buildings. We were on the 4th floor. The... This area is not for the faint hearted. I was in a group of 3 girls and during our stay, we were flashed a knife by a gang member, followed and were propositioned by numerous seedy looking men looking to use the nearby brothels. These men even hung around outside the entrances to the numerous separate buildings that together form... More

We stayed here for one night. Whilst the room was nice enough it didn't look anything like the photos we had seen when booking, and it didn't feel the cleanest. On the plus side we had no trouble finding the place with our GPS, and parking out the front was quite easy due to the parking meter being out of... More

It took us a while to find this hotel. it is located in small lane off the main road. We got a 2 bedroom room for 3 of us, and it was comfortable. The downside to the room on the topmost floor was no wifi coverage that hight up. We had to go to the staircase or lobby to be... More

Bit disappointed with this hotel as when we booked we were expecting a 2 room suite, albeit a modest one for the price, however we got a room for us parents and 18 year old son and cousin. Very basic, and the dead road in front was almost impossible to park in. The staff were friendly but the seedy district... More

We have just spent the weekend at this boutique hotel (not correct). We arrived at 11pm and were greeted by a friendly reception, however we were then told to go to our suite, which was away from the hotel further down the street. We were on the second floor and in a suite that was ultra basic. No doors on... More

Friendly and helpful staff - easy check in. When our room key entry wasn't working they upgraded us for free to a bigger, better room. We did see the standard room and it was super clean with large windows. Upgrade room was huge with a large comfy bed. Room had large windows that opened out to views of the city.... More

The hotel reception is in a separate building and very inconspicuous. We were not sure if we made the right call to book this hotel at first. Then, we were shown the way to the rooms, which were in a nearby building, with a small lift capable of carrying only 1 passenger with luggage. But after we saw the rooms,... More
