Quiet and clean and nice belgian beer selection. Close to stores and shops and train station. Was in a mix dorm that was not full so alot of space. Staff nice and willing to help. Liked the kitchen and bathroom.

I spent just one night in Brussels on connecting flights an this hostel has been really a pleasant surprise. I stayed in the mixed dorm for 4 people. The room was sunny and quiet giving to a courtyard. They have a bar with belgian beer for hostel guests only open to late and a courtyard with tables. The girl on... More

Convenient: 3 minutes walk from Simonis metro, bus and tram stations, 3 halal food shops (must try the halal pasta bar shop across the metro station, YUMMS!!), 1 convenient store, a large beautiful park, and GODIVA factory outlet shop. Comfortable: All essential amenities (beds, toilets, bathroom, powder room, pantry, computer and internet, sofas and seats common area, luggage store, breakfast) are... More

The hostel itself is very pleasant. Our rooms were clean and although basically furnished, still comfortable. We were in the all female complex which was actually separate from the main building. This wasn't a problem however there seemed to be only one toilet and bathroom for the entire building. Breakfast was free and you got a substantial choice. Definitely one... More

I stayed two nights in a mixed 4-person dorm with shared bathrooms just outside along the hallway. Although not located in the city centre, it is accessible enough by metro, being just a minute’s walk away from the Simonis station. For backpackers, walking to the city centre doesn’t actually take very long either - 30 to 40 minutes at a... More

Even though the hostel was really good, with great dorms and kitchen... It is far from the city center so it takes a little walk to get to the main points of the city. Also, the showers are a little bit to dark in my opinion, it could better illuminated. The breakfast offered was only bread and coffee/milk which was... More

Had most of the desired amenities and a common room which was good to meet other people but the showers and toilets were pretty gross. There was one staff member who was particularly grumpy when asked simple inquiries but other than that it was alright.

I travelled here with 18 students aged 17-19 on an educational trip. The staff on reception were really friendly and managed to book us all in which was appreciated as everywhere else seemed to be booked. The Hostel was easy to see from the station and as a group organiser it was reassuring to have the security system on the... More

Booked in got told the rules that quiet must be observed after 2300 went to look round Brussels came back at midnight to a note on the door explaining a party was on till 5am music horrendously loud so only 4 hours sleep before we had to get up to get out. Main gripe why weren't we told about the... More
