This hotel is in a great location, literally right next to the Grand Place and all the restaurants and shopping that go with it. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were average, but clean. If you are on a budget and just need somewhere to sleep and shower, then I would recommend this hotel.

Great location! Could not have asked for better. Central station very close and could see the hotel de ville from our room. Friendly staff and bakery across the street. Rooms a little cozy but fine for the small amout of time spent in the room. Would definately stay again.

I ordered a double room and they gave me a twin room (two single beds together), but the bed was convenient though. The rooms are nice and clean. It takes just 30 seconds walk from the hotel to Grand Place. But it has a small and a very simple lobby though.

Suprisngly good hotel for the hotel in A* location. Good size rooms and bathoom. Very clean. Breakfast buffet expensive, but cheap cafe opposite! Would happly return. Online price appeared to be 1/4 of rate shown in reception.
