We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartmen with 2 small children. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and a reasonable size. There was a breakfast bar rather than a table to eat on which was the only downside. We prepaid for Internet and parking and both worked well. There is a park opposite which is great for kids. There are... More

I book in this hotel each time I'm on mission to Brussels for European meetings. It is not too expensive and very well located. It used to be along time ago an Hilton but it was bought by new owners that run it under a new concept. Service is limited (check-in minimalist, many extras [breakfast, wifi, parking, minibar....].Flats have different... More

Booked this hotel via hotels.com. I have never stayed in Brussels so with a hire car and sat nav, I had little issue finding this accommodation, but without a sat nav, I would have struggled as the streets remind me of Paris, confusing! Parking (underground) was Euro 15 per day with continental breakfast at Euro 12 (I did have this)... More

This is undoubtedly the most atrocious travesty of "apartment" accommodation I have ever witnessed. I do not know how the owners have the gall to put this property on the market. There were holes in the walls, floor surfaces peeling, cupboard surfaces pulled off their backing, curtains falling down from rails and disgusting dirt encrusted synthetic window sheers. Additionally, the... More

We booked direct with the hotel via e-mail. The service was very efficient. On the booking was the entry code to get into the hotel. There is a door to the left of the main entrance where you use this code to gain entrance. You then enter the code into a safe inside the reception area to get your room... More

First off, if you arrive late in the evening, be prepared for a somewhat surprising system of getting in and to your room, because, there is no reception. Apart from that though, the place is really rather nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, even home-like. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own food.... More

Location is about a 15 minute from the grand place, nothing too difficult with a buggy and 2 young kids. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the tube is about 100 metres away, tucked under the EC building. There is also a little green square just outside with a little playground in it, perfect for giving our two young... More

Very quiet area - so quiet you wonder if anyone lives here! Apartment was spacious enough - but : phones do not work, fridge barely works, no CNN or BBC, no iron, balcony tiling coming off and a general air of dilapidation

Simple but comfortable, good choice for a stay with a family (we were 2 adults and 2 children of 8 and 10). Clean. Easy to find a parking place around the hotel. Opening of the reception desk can be a problem (from 9am to 2pm or something like that).

Large, quiet apartment with reasonable continental breakfast. Not the flashiest place in Brussels or in the Quartier Europeen, but perfectly good for the money. It's geared more for short stays (eg. 3 days), but 1 day stay worked out fine and it almost felt like home. That's as good an accolade as any hotel could hope to get, I think!
