I stayed here for two days during my visit to one of the client location Wavre. I opted for this as this was cheaper however, I find location is not great. The only nearby place to eat is Pizza Hut. - No restaurant nearby - No attraction or place to visit - Rooms are very small - A non happening... More

Sad surroundings, sad staff, sad elevator, even more sad carpet in the elevator. Never pay full price here. It is and should be a cheap stop over if other options have dried up. Outdated, not invested in, run down. A breakfast/reception working running around (literally) to keep up. A hotel in its dying days

this is a very tired hotel in need of a full makeover. The bedrooms are small and don't feel particularly clean. So not very positive thus far and what stopped me from walking out on my one night stay? Receptionist, lady behind the bar, young waiter at breakfast. All decent people doing a good job and making people welcome.

At best an average hotel in a business estate area. Small rooms but then again the price is low for this area. Bathroom and room are slightly worn down. Sound proofing is quite terrible, both inside the hotel as towards the outside (street, parking lot). Decent bed though. Breakfast was below average as well (e.g. seriously watered down fruit juice;... More

You will not stay in this place for pleasure but only for business except if u're with a tour operator as the hotel is located at the border of an industrial area. Everything is good or average (renovation needed) but personal is so kind and so helpful that you come back with pleasure.

Sadly, we were in Belgium for a family funeral and this hotel at short notice arriving Sunday afternoon. From the exterior it looked quite attractive but inside it was quite unusual. Reception area fairly attractive and the staff very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately we were told no evening meals at weekends - big shock so we needed a taxi into... More

We thought we were going to be closer to the city center. This hotel is a bit of a tough walk to the sights in Brussels. Rooms okay but the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Staff friendly but not overly helpful with things to do and how to get there.

Its a small secluded properly adjacent to the freeway. Hence its a good for people travelling by road. The rooms were clean and tidy and the food was good. However, the hotel falls short in terms of providing additional facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc.

Depressing experience. Desperately average hotel in the middle of an industrial estate. Complete absence of sound proofing, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, overrun by coachloads of budget tourists who either stay up noisily till 1.00am, or get up incredibly early and talk loudly in the corridors. Internet connection totally useless except in middle of the day (gave up trying to... More
