Booked this knowing that the price of 99€ was a bit low for a 4* hotel and was ready to try it out. The hotel is in a very nice building and the setting is also very nice, but the room was really bad. Very old furniture. Shower was not up to even a 3* standard. Room was way too... More

stayed a couple of nights at the Chateau, which is more a bigger house with long dirty and run odwn corrdidors until you get to your "superior" room. that was in in a terrible state and far from superior. the rooms clearly need an urgent mak over. carpet is worn out, the furniture is totally used and the rail in... Very disappointing. It once had a decent reputation but things are now sad, rundown and frankly grubby. My "club" room had dirty bedcovers, an armchair that showed signs of more experiences than I would care to know about. The spa downstairs resulted in an all-pervading smell of chlorine and did not look in the least inviting. this place is in... More

Welness hotel. This is a beautiful enveriment ,and verry quit !The treatments are amazing ,really good massage.Ask for a room with terras.Only the beds are a pain in the back...The restaurant serves good food.If you book a relax weekend, dinner and lunch are included, also slippers, towels and bathrobe to go to the welness. You can do this also in mid-week..

We brought a large party to the Chateau de Limelette for the celebration of the Waterloo bicentenary. Pleasing 50 people is much harder than pleasing 2. I need not have worried. Everyone in our party oozed satisfaction. They liked the ample size of the rooms, most with their own balconies, bathrooms and separate toilets. They were maintained to immaculate standards... More

My expectations were the one you would have for a 4 stars hotel Our room was under the roof and ended up in having a very small bathroom Many small things show the hotel is outdated and badly maintained: the tap is very calcareous, the bath misses some covers... The beds were awful...we barely slept If they give you room... More

I went to Chateau de Limelette for a spa day with a friend. First impressions were good even though the spa centre appeared a bit dated and faded. The hot pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area, cocoon room were excellent. Cannot fault those at all. I enjoyed my lunch as well. However the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. I left the card... The location in the middle of the nature is perfect (even though Winter might not be the best time to enjoy the woods that surround the hotel) and quiet. You can tell the hotel has been one of the most prestigious in the area a few years ago but the rooms desperately need to be freshen up (new wallpaper, fresh... More

The picture postcard entrance is the only good thing about the place. There is no wifi, the rooms are tiny and breakfast is horrible. Esp the scrambled eggs were quite powdery. The maintenance and upkeep of the hotel needs a relook at well. The lift was really shoddy. Needs a majot facelift from inside. The check-in and checkout was well... More

Friendly staff in a run-down, old-fashioned castle in a beautiful green location. Tasteless food, noisy coffee machines producing bad coffee, amateuristic service (but friendly indeed), decorated in an old fashioned style, a bartender that is difficult to find to order a drink, ... this is not what you would expect. There are quite some places in the surrounding that offer... More
