Great out of the way hotel. The staff is very helpful and have no problem with an English only person. The breakfast was great with fresh bread, meat and cheese every morning. The rooms are large and clean with the bed very comfortable. I slept great. We were visiting friends who live near by and did not use the pool or... More

The Chateau is set in a beautiful garden with trees, a nice lawn and terrace. The breakfast is definitly above average as it offers a great variety and if the wheather permits you can have your breakfast outside. Unfortunately that's about it and the rest is really poor. The chateau is not maintened very well and no matter where you... More

It's a shame this beautiful manor is not well maintained as it could be a little gem. The location and the garden are beautiful, but the maintenance is very average. It gives the impression of not being very clean and makes you wonder what you swim in when you're in the spa... We did not do any treatments, but the... More

Haven't been in this hotel for some time due to average service, but have decided to give it a try once again. I must say it has improved. I asked for a bit bigger room (not the small one that are situated under attic) and got pretty decent room close to Spa area. This time of the year hotel has... More

I am probably spoilt by staying in clean well equipped hotels with service so if you are also like me rather spoilt go somewhere else. The room was small with a minute bathroom. Towels were thin rough and off colour. Call me old fashioned but I do like a bar of soap however small and I cannot bear those dispensers... More

I booked (and prepayed) a cleansing facial along with a half hour eye treatment (€105!!!). Surprised on arrival at how shabby this prestegious hotel seemed..chipped paint and tired furniture..then get to the spa desk and it looked like a messy office. On the wall there were shelves of folded towels and robes for rent..they looked well past their sell by... More

Always heard good things about this hotel, so booked this hotel with a gift certificate. We were very, very disappointed by the whole experience. First big disappointment was the room : a tiny tiny room with old ugly carpet, dirty wallpaper and a bed too small for 2 persons to sleep in (we are both over 1m80). I complained about... More

We stayed at Chateau Limelette at short notice after leaving another hotel which we had booked near Liege. Staff could not have been more helpful nd attentive. We benefited from the Sunday in the Chateau package. The kitchen served us after hours, adapted their menu to a non-meat eating pregnant guest and volunteered a late check out. The restaurant conservatory... More

The hotel and the spa are not as bad as it is described in other reviews but the place is a mix of good and bad and I can understand the negative reviews since, by comparison with other hotels of the same range, I also consider what is offered in Chateau de Limelette as overcharged. Depending of the price, rooms... More
