It is a little difficult to find the exact words to describe my experiences at Hotel Limelette as it is without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have stayed in during the past three years and I travel often because of my work. I know it is the tendency of some to write about their experiences at a... more

In few words, the worst service I've got in a hotel ever. The price of the smallest room (quite small) being 230 euros/night does not reflect at all the service you get. Some examples for a 3 days stay: 1) The first night the internet did not work and, aparently, the signal does not reach all the rooms either. That... more

I booked this hotel as others in the area were full (already telling) and my colleague wanted a hotel with a fitness room. Unfortunately out of the 3 pieces of equipment in the fitness room 2 were out of order and the third wouldn't switch on - in addition to which the room was only available at set times in... more

From the outside it lookes rather nice, inside unfriendly staff. Rundown hotel: water dropping down from the ceiling in the many (labyrinth like) corridors. Old dirty carpets. Room (we had club room) was mediocre (but clean). Typically a conference hotel with no/little attention to other guests, Mediocre food, with poor staff. more

My comments refer not to the hotel in general, but to its spa centre, where I had booked a full day of treatments and general relaxation to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. This was finally booked after exchanging numerous emails with the staff. The boiler of the centre broke down the day before we were due to arrive. My wife's... more

Plus points were friendly helpful staff and good food. Negative points were: -a long way from Brussels (90 euros for a taxi from the station) -confusing layout with lots of stairs and corridors and inadequate signs. It took me 10 minutes to find my bedroom - wireless internet expensive (e.g. 10 euros for an hour) and did not work in... more

I don't think this hotel is worth calling :"Chateau" and does not deserve his 4 stars. From the parking while entering the building we smelled the garbage the whole time. We booked a "club room" which is a step up from a standard room and we got a dirty, ugly room. There were two mini sky windows with nearly any... more

I stayed 2 days at the Château de Limelette for a company training. We had book 'prestige' rooms for our team. The room was excellent, spacious, clean, equipped with air-conditioning. I had trouble with the TV but finally it worked. WC are separated from the bathroom, which was really a plus, and my room had a spacious balcony with a view... more
