From the outside it lookes rather nice, inside unfriendly staff. Rundown hotel: water dropping down from the ceiling in the many (labyrinth like) corridors. Old dirty carpets. Room (we had club room) was mediocre (but clean). Typically a conference hotel with no/little attention to other guests, Mediocre food, with poor staff. more

Negative points were: -a long way from Brussels (90 euros for a taxi from the station) -confusing layout with lots of stairs and corridors and inadequate signs.
