We booked a charming room for a romantic night. The room had 3 beds, really old looking, broken doors, old lamps carpets and bed covers. Towels looked as if they were 10 years old. The personal was not helpful at all during the check-in. They said to have an SPA but in reality there is only a gym which was not... More

I have stayed here on two occasions now. Both have been for golfing trips and there are some excellent courses in this area all within 30 minutes drive of Waterloo. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. As we were on an all male golf tour, I have only stayed in twin rooms.... More

Nice hotel. Quiet location. Rooms are to a good standard. There is an on site restaurant where the food was good quality. I would stay here again. Good price per night although I booked a last minute deal and struggled to get enough rooms for my colleagues.

2 rooms were booked for "the Lodge" for Friday 19th September for our family to stay in. On arrival we were greeted with the young lady receptionist saying as they couldn't fit a travel cot into the rooms we had booked very easily we had been upgraded to the main hotel. Excellent double rooms with kingsize beds, and good bathroom... More

it was one of my favourite hotels in Belgium. The last time I was there was 3 days ago. It's aging badly. Bath fixtures, room carpet, restaurant furniture, service personnel all disappointing! Too bad, I got to look for an alternative in the area.

Good is what I would describe this hotel. Adequate, clean and spacious room that had a nice en-suite with jacuzzi bath tub and all amenities needed. Restaurant was also good - food very nice but service could improve a bit. Breakfast was disappointing - cheap and unimpressive selection of cooked meats and cheeses and cold and overcooked eggs, sausages and... More

The rooms were big and quit. The small water boiler was not working but the staff was very helpful in replacing it. The restaurant "La Sucrerie" is excellent. We had the monthly menu and every plate was a treat. The restaurant itself is cosy and the service was quick and accurate. The bar has quite a lot of cocktails to... More

I stayed here in Waterloo whilst visiting the Battlefields in the area. A very well presented hotel, with an excellent restaurant. Waterloo is fairly expensive generally and so I ate at the restaurant in the evening for my whole stay. The steak is particularly good. The room was very quiet, clean and modern, and the free wifi is excellent. I... More

I stayed at the Grand while traveling on business. The Hotel is in the middle of the campus of MasterCard. The breakfast is very good and included in the room charge. The rooms are nice size for Europe and were very clean. The propoerty is within walking distance to numerous places to dine and there is a Carefour just around... More

After flying for 15 hours and catching a cold I was glad to make it to the hotel. The check-in was very cordial and quick even tough it seems I got there at the same time as all the businessmen in Belgium. The room was quiet, clean and very modern. The desk space was very appropriate for work and the... More
