I've stayed here for 3 nights on Feb 2008. It was average just like what it costs - and like every retail hotels, they got standard facilities within rooms. However they got great breakfast buffet offered included in the price. The staff were very helpful and kind although some of them don't really speak English and sometimes found difficulties communicate... more

Accor has done a great job of establishing consistency in Ibis hotels across Europe. And the Ibis in Waterloo is no exception. It is pleasantly bland, with decent beds and friendly service. It is easy to find from the motorway, though it is in more of "Hamburger Alley" part of Waterloo, rather than by the historical sites. Pizza Hut, McDonald's,... more

Arriving with Ryan Air at Charleroi, we were staying at the Ibis Hotel Waterloo, just to relax from the trip we did. The service at this hotel is very good. We like all the Ibis Hotels, we had also very good experience in Gent and in Jakarta (Indonesia) more
