My wife and I stayed at Cote Vert on Sept.17-19, 2014. The facility was great, and the staff was outstanding. The distinctive element was their honesty and concern. I had, unknowingly, dropped some money as I entered a car in the parking lot. When I returned some hours later, the staff member at the counter returned the money to me,... More

We liked the hotel, the personnel was very nice and friendly. The environment is tranquil, quiet and at the same time very central. What we loved was: location, proximity to Brussels, free parking, free wifi, spacious room, ambiance What could be improved: breakfast choice is a bit limiting. Would have been better to add a broader selection of hot drinks,... More

Used the apartments that Côte vert has on site. Really enjoyed our stay here as you can cook your own food which is a nice change when staying away for a week or more. Not that eating out is any problem in Waterloo though. Plenty of good restaurants. The hotel restaurant serves great food but is closed at weekends. Not... More

The hotel was very accomidating, we had another guest join us on day two and they brought a roll a way bed and extra towels. The staff was so nice. The Wi-Fi was the BEST, no... More

Calm and quiet and yet downtown, tucked away behind the main street, near excellent shopping and sightseeing to the Wellington Museum and the Lion Hill monument to the Battle of Waterloo. Lovely grounds and very modern. would be great for business meetings too. Intelligent aircon/heating - if you have the window open, it won't turn on ... ! kitchen was... More

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. The first one was fifteen years ago and I had a good memory of what it had been all those years ago, so my wife and I booked in for a week's stay. And we weren't disappointed this time either. First, you may miss the drive the first time by,... More

This hotel is centrally located in the small town of Waterloo. It is not difficult to find and has free outdoor parking. The hotel is well designed and set in a beautiful modern landscaped garden. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The only slight negatives are the lack of wardrobe space and... More

Arrived in Waterloo with my husband and two teenage grandchildren - had asked for two rooms, one with twin beds. Not only did they honor our request but we had a type of suite with one door to enter a hall and then both of our doors. It was large and airy and we could have stayed a long time.... More
