The hotel is situated just off a small square in Mechelen with shops and restaurants all around. The hotel is clean and well-run and during summer 2007 air conditioning was being installed to the rooms. The first time we went here it was not an NH hotel, only Alfa Alba. The room are quite oldfashioned, but okay.
