Hotel is located at the center of Mechelen, in a walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The rooms are small but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be better but was not bad either. The staff is friendly. The wireless internet is free but little slow. If you go by your car, parking could be a problem.

This is our first visit to this hotel. Absolutely fine though maintenance could be updated. A few minor irritations like loo continually running. Shower was good and the bedroom was clean and functional. Shame they charge 10 euros extra for a fairly mundane breakfast. There were warm hard boiled eggs and some cold meats. The coffee was good and unlimited... More

This is a well situated hotel, close to the town centre restaurants & bars. Rooms are small & pretty simple but modern and clean. Staff are friendly and a nice Italian restaurant is located within the hotel. OK for one or two nights stay. I've stayed here on a couple of occasions. Wi-fi is very slow though.

I have been there twice for a working holiday. It is a nice hotel in the heart of the town of Mechelen with a stunning view on the cathedral from the breakfast room. Well designed, the rooms are elegant and warm, not very large at all, but comfortable. So what's wrong with it? 1. The reception desk: how can you... More

If you consider price/quality this is a great place to stay: centrally located, modern rooms, friendly staff - the only thing I didn't understand is why you can't get a glass of wine in a nicely accomodated bar. The lady at the desk was very kind though and checked if there was any red wine in the fridge... Basic breakfast.... More

I'm often in Mechelen. I've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. This time was a little different. First, the room keys failed several times, including once late at night for my kids. The keys just didn't work. There is no one on the desk after 9:00PM. That's really not OK. The receptionist was pretty helpless and could not offer... More

Modern and comfortable accommodations while visiting the historic city, helpful staff and a rich breakfast - what else can a visitor could wish for. Lounge for breakfast offers great views of the Gothic landmark - Tower of St.-Rombouts. There are many opportunities to enjoy sitting outside in the gardens or in the nearby local brewery Het Anker, which would definitely... More

Spent four nights at this hotel in their large twin room which was roomy with good size bathroom. Despite a couple of issues which were finally sorted out on departure would recommend this hotel mainly because of its ideal location. I wouldn't reflect this in my judgement overall. It's equi distant between the Grote Markt which leads to all the... More

I stayed here several times on business. The place is located pretty much close to everything, and is a very simple yet functional place. The shower is not too big, but big enough for me (I'm 1.94m). The Single bed is too small. The Twin bed is very uncomfortable as well. The nice thing is that its usually very cheap,... More
