The appartment hotel is opposite the river. We had the loft suite which is huge, beautiful decor and spotless. The member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She brings you breakfast in a basket for 7€50. She is not there all the time but you have her phone number. There are tea and coffee facilities in the appartment and... More

We chose to stay at the Kaai 11, because of the central location, but far enough away to be out of the noisy city centre. It is about 10-15 walk to any of the historic places of interest, the grand market being the centre, and a must see. The property seems to be a restored and converted 3 story town... More

It's a good job Hotels don't review customers on here; I managed to stain a few things with red hair dye, and we nearly flooded the room when we had a bath... Sorry about that. We booked the Penthouse suite at quite short notice, and after a mildly stressful afternoon we arrived wet and cold to a warm welcome. The... More

We recently had the pleasure of an over night stay in the top floor apartment of Kaai 11 (the Penthouse). We were informed via the internet that checking in wasn't until 3pm however when we turned up @ 1pm Marie-Anne was only too happy to take our bags in and direct us to the large free car park on the... We really like this hotel. The staff was amazing. There are only four rooms. Ours was on the ground floor with a private patio. No elevator that we saw. Free parking across the street in a large, free parking lot that can get quite crowded. Staff delivered a nice breakfast to our room. Good wifi. We would stay here again.

We had the top floor ("penthouse") which is like a tiny apartment with complete privacy. The hotel (B&B) has one room per floor. We were on the 5th floor,.. and there is no elevator. There is only a tiny closet with one drawer. This can be difficult if you have heavy bags because you're traveling for weeks! I wouldl ove... More

Not really a "family style B&B", but very efficient with door codes sent by SMS for convenient entry any time ; breakfast hours (anytime after 8.30) somewhat inconvenient for early risers, but well worth the wait ; nicely designed studio apartment at the back side on the ground floor = very quiet, with a little outside patio terrace (almost wished... This hotel is extremely nice, very comfortable and chic. I chose the Character Suite which was spacious, with high large windows and very warm. The bed was heavenly comfortable, so were the pillows. The bathroom is well equipped and so was the kitchen. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay more than 1 night, I was just passing through Antwerp, but this is... More

I love coming back to this hotel, time and time again. It feels so intimate, there are only 3 apartments in the buildings, so it is therefore quiet as well. All the apartments are spacious and definitely make me feel like home. The location is also great, right across from a large free parking on the quay, and within walking... More
