A remarkable property located in city center. Privately owned and locally operated, this small luxury hotel of 11 rooms offers distinctive characteristics for the discerning traveler. The cozy decor is accented with some whimsical themes in the common areas, which are open and inviting for guests to enjoy the fire or some reading. The prepared breakfast is delightful. The entire... More

We wanted a 24h break to relax and this place is the perfect one. From the moment they open the door you feel at home, they take care of you. All Suites are different and lovely, close to perfection. The beds are of very good quality, Hermes products in the bathroom and free minibar. We enjoyed every minute there. Another... More

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location with the most comfortable beds.. Room 14 has a fully transparent bathroom door with a full view of the toilet which is rather off putting. We hadn't made any dinner arrangements and were unable to find anywhere to eat in the neighbourhood. There is a menu for food delivery but when we enquired... More

Beautiful contemporary furniture does not compensate for a good nights sleep. We stayed in Room 2, a junior suite on the first floor, but were woken by the guest door bell used by both guest returning in the early morning and very early deliveries and staff arrivals. So avoid bedroom 2 and probably 3 and ask for the second floor... More

Spacious room with spiral staircase leading up to mezzanine. Eclectic furniture, most comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary chocolates and mini bar greatly appreciated. Wonderful breakfast with eggs cooked to your specification with never ending cups of tea and coffee provided with a smile. Very helful staff with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Best complimentary bath products! Entry by ringing a door... More

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the De Witte Lelie about two weeks ago. The property is in a great location close to sights and shopping. But it is the design of the interiors that is done exceptionally well. No "cheap" modern hip design for the De Witte Lelie. Instead it's the REAL thing. Stunning modern furnishings by... More

We stayed here for a weekend away and it was everything we expected, and much more. Small (10 rooms), downtown, family run atmosphere and a wonderfull breakfast. Parking in the garage is a challenge and they should have an award for it. We had the flower suite - awesome! Thanks to the room being away from the (quiet) street we... More

Everything is as it should be here. Friendly, non-chain, pretty, nice neighbourhood, parking available, wifi good, nice bathroom, good food & drink. Tho more often than not design hotels tend to overdo it in the artsy department and overlook functionality (ie pretty bathroom but nowhere to put your shampoo or a pretty tap but impossible to brush your teeth), here... From personal to decoration through breakfast and location; everything was just perfect. If you are looking for a design hotel, calm, charming, decorated with taste and originality near the center for shopping and restaurants, this is the good place to be
