The hotel rooms are large, a bit minimalistic regarding its furniture. As this is a student neighbourhood, nights can get quite noisy. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff. Great location if you have to go to the Ucsia Antwerp University campus.

This hotel is very simple en on the verge of old fashioned. Stayed here for third time in 3 years and quality is not improving. Not planning on coming back... Bed sheets with holes, no shower curtain and rooms not really clean. It needs refurbishing and airco! Staff is very friendly. Wifi has improved in the past years.

A great hotel for a weekend in Antwerp. The staff was quite nice, simple but sufficient breakfast. The location is really convenient: close to the nicest spots in Antwerp. Only downside I thought was the bedlinen. Please get some new sheets and some proper blankets since what they have now is kind of poor.

This is a small older hotel, offering an excellent location in the heart of Antwerp, very close to the University of Antwerp. All the staff were consistently helpful, willing to be generous with their time, and offered small kindnesses which were much appreciated. Kindnesses included a willingness to add stamps to letters and then post them, assist with travel plans,... More

I stayed here for business, and found it fairly comfortable. Good location very close to University of Antwerp main campus, and the old town. Nice and friendly check-in staff. On arrival I got, what I think was an upgrade, to an annex room, which in effect was a two-bed room studio. It was however difficult to make use of both... More

Like the UK guy wrote back in June, you'll dole out about $US25 per day for the privilege of parking in a claustrophobic cave whose entryway gives new meaning to the phrase,"tight squeeze." Fine. The car's stashed away, now about that room. Greys, dark greys, medium blacks, and muddy browns comprise the palette. Good thing, too, because we got the... More

Very poor. Shower without curtains, very weak flow of water from the faucets, exposed electricity sockets, TV didn't work. All at the same time. When I alerted the staff to these problems (after a couple of days) the reaction was very unpleasant. Will never return to this hotel.

Arrived on business trip, prefer to stay in Antwerp, normally stay at Leopold which if you are looking to stay somewhere slightly less central is far superior than the Prinse. The staff were friendly and helpful enough. Whatever you do, do not take the car parking unless you are driving a fiat 500 size car, I spent 15 careful minutes... More

The hotel is located next to University of Antwerp campus and has good value for money. The complimentary breakfast was not very exciting but still decent. The hotel is very neat and tidy and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Sheets were dirty when we arrived. Long hair on the pillows so we changed room. Rooms look very old, bed is a disaster with old sheets. Bathroom looks like more than 40y old. Even central heating looks like it's from early 60's. Friendly staff
