Stayed for a conference with A LOT of attendees, so prices were up on all Antwerp hotels - incl Astoria. Hotel is nothing fancy, but decent breakfast, bed was good, wireless internet and friendly staff. Not much going on in the neighbourhood, but walking distance to the central station, restaurants and shopping.

Overall my experience in this hotel was good. Only little things like a broken kettle and tv remote that annoyed me. Reception were polite and helpful enough. Not situated in a very nice area but close to amenities.

Great room, great bed, great breakfast, les than 5 min. away from train station and 15 from city centre. Great price and great staff, no question. I definitely recomend it for spanish and british people...!!!

A smart hotel very close to the station. This was a bonus for my wife and I who were using Antwerp as a base for day trips around Belgium. Stayed two nights back in May of 2011. Well, everything was as they had advertized.
