An excellent service by their teamwork included breakfast tray directly to each room before 11:00. Some missed card left front door due to after 03:00 would be chargeables €6.50. We sent to no chargeables reason. Luggage stored were crowds spacious area. Check in is after 15:00. Check out is an after 12:00.

Hotel De Keyser is right near the central railwaystation and at the beginning of the shopping streets of Antwerp. The outside of the hotel looks a little oldfashioned but at the inside it is renewed. Small rooms completely devoid of charm, no hot water so NO shower, sewer issues: ok the latter was not their fault, but no apologies, no explanations. TV of poor quality. The staff tried but was outnumbered by dissatisfied patrons. Disastrous.
