To any visitor to Antwerp, the De Keyser is the perfect location being in the heart of the city in the midst of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, the diamid quarter and next to the main line station. Ther hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Good value for money and almost impossible to fault

3 minutes from Central Station, parking (not free) on the streets nearby, right in the shopping centre, restaurants and bars galore. Staff at reception chatty and pleasant, rooms reasonable size and clean but looking out on another part if the building. Bar downstairs very pleasant. However, room was overly warm and we opened the window, greasy smell coming out of... More

We stayed here for one night during the week as when on a business trip to Antwerp. The location of the hotel is great, its just next to the Main Station and plenty of food and drink spots are around as well as shopping locations. The hotel itself has definitely seen better days. Its nowhere near a 4* standard anymore.... More

This hotel served our purpose perfectly. It's virtually next to the Antwerp Central Station so no taxi needed. It's also located where there are several bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable enough and there is a generous buffet breakfast. Will stay here again next year.

This hotel is located less than a block from the beautiful main train station. From here I visited Ghent and Bruges, and took a train that went straight into the Brussels airport for a return flight to Canada. Being close to the museums, churches, town square, fabulous restaurants and shopping, this hotel could not be better location wise. (it is... More

We arrived at the beautiful Antwerp Central Station and walked across the road and straight into the hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly and our room was clean, comfortable and although there was no view, given the price we paid, we weren't concerned as our intention was to be out exploring, not sitting in our room. Outside it felt... More

It was probably our worst hotel experience so far. It began with the very arrival. We came late (around 9 pm). I asked at the reception where I could find the parking and was told they had none. I pointed to the "facilities" section in my reservation confirmation. The lady said that that parking was already closed. I asked why... More

Hotel is average, however has a great location next to the main railway station and metro. Offers a buffet breakfast, which included the basic toast, croissants tea and coffee. A 15 minute walk to the main square (grote markt), plenty of restaurants to choose from. The main sights are walking distance from the hotel. I would not class it four... More

Friendly, helpful staff, central location right by the amazing train station, clean and spacious rooms (by Low Countries' standards) including a modern bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with lots of unusual options (like salads) in addition to the usual fare, and the dining area is quite large with a wide-open view of the busy pedestrian street outside. The only thing that... More
