We stayed two nights at the B&B to visit Antwerpen. Martin, who made sure to be there when we arrived, is super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival he gave us tips and guided us to near by restaurants and how to use the tram and where to get tickets. Small things, but very helpful. We travelled with out two daughters,... More

A lovely opportunity to stay in a lovely grand old house which in its early life must have been splendid. Remnants can be seen in the beautiful tiles in the garden and the marble entrance hall. The room was comfortable and had a much appreciated coffee machine but the room was in need of a deep clean and painting. We... More

We stayed with the four of us, two adults, a three-year-old and a baby. I really appreciated they gave us a baby bed without charge and my three-year-old joined the breakfast table without them saying a thing... other hotels would have charged for a breakfast. The room was good but not as beautiful as one of the rooms I saw... More

The most beautiful, unique place ever. Exceeded all expectations. We stayed in apartment 1 for 2 nights. It is enormous, beautifully decorated and clean. Belongs in the pages of an ideal home magazine, as do the communal areas. Breakfast was big, delicious and served efficiently and seamlessly. We will return!

This is a lovely, very spacious 19th century townhouse that's been decorated in soothing shades of sage and charcoal with touches of gold. My room had a charming sitting area and a huge bathtub from which I could look out onto a little marble fireplace with gas flame. It's slightly out of the town center but there is a tram... More

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at the Boulevard Leopold in September 2013. The B&B is located on a quiet street a short tram ride from the center of town and the Central train station. We used the Antwerp as a base for our Belgium visit, so proximity (several tram lines) to the train station was big plus.... More

Fabulously spacious room that has been decorated to look stylish with a touch of the early 1900's. Although the old fixtures in the bathroom look fabulous, only having a bath tub withou a shower curtain is not that practical. The only other minus was that the wifi reception was not very good. The hotel is located on a relatively quiet... More

This is an unique place. It is like nowhere else I have stayed. The lovely Martin keeps a fabulous, nineteenth century home which is true to itself and to his visions for it. The atmosphere has a vaguely spiritual feel to it whilst the many weird and wonderful adornments range from the religious to the scientific; small animal skulls in... More

My second stay at boulevard Leopold surpassed the already great first stay I had there a year ago. Martin the patron and his family welcomed us back with open arms to stay at the suite. Like a true houseguest. The gigantic room with Belle Époque details and original 19th century bathroom was a treat. With the roads being renewed it... More

Thank you for your very kind review. I'm sorry that you did not ask about the hairdryer, because there is one available in all the rooms, but maybe you did not find it. If anayone wants new towels, they only have to ask for it, and I will be happy to provide them with new towels or change the bed.... More

Everything has been said about this Bed & Breakfast. The building is superb, in a quiet street less than 10min by tram from the centre or the main train station, the decoration in the rooms and in the breakfast room is top-notch, the staff is really friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. I spent a wonderful weekend with... More
