We stayed in the Residenz in August and we were lucky with the weather to enjoy outside breakfast in a small private garden with flowers - this was really lovely! Hotel itself is a proper apartment with all amenities on-board and very nice design. The only item for improvement is WiFi - speed was very slow and connection was not... More

huge room - actually 4: bedroom, living room, kitchen, small terrace and + your personal garden (we got there when everything was blossoming). In-room breakfast is by-default option + you have all the features of serviced apartments that you might need (kitchenware etc.). 2 things to be aware of: parking (well, as anywhere in European cities - need to be... This is really a high quality bed and breakfast establishment. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The suite was spacious and well-appointed. We were on the first floor, below another guest room. The occupants of that room were on the move within the room for much of the evening and as result, because there is inadequate insulation between floors,... More

On a “value-for-dollar” basis, room size and layout, ambiance, friendly helpful owners, the Residenz Stadslogement is one of the best hotels I have experienced. Frank, the owner, and his wife could not have given us a warmer, more sincere and helpful welcome. Frank took our luggage to our second floor room, for which I was and remain grateful, being a... The Residenz is the most amazing boutique hotel. We had a fabulous welcome by Frank who gave us an enormous amount of help and advice regarding our planned day trips as well as recommendations for great local restaurants. Our room was in fact a suite with tasteful furniture and decor as well as the most comfortable bed we have experience... More

We spent three nights in this grand B&B. It is in a residential area of the city, but easy to get to by tram from the centre (easy connections to Schipol). We found it a good base for exploring The Hague, Delft and Leiden. The owners gave us a full and useful briefing when we arrived (we were very pleased... More

My wife discovered this great boutique hotel while planning our recent trip to the Hague to visit a couple of museums. On arrival the proprietors greeted us warmly and provided a welcome drink. They then spent a good half hour explaining in careful detail the location of the hotel and our travel options for visiting our planned attractions. They had... More

10 / 10. This is a small, family-run business: old typical Dutch building turned into excellent-serviced hotel, in a combination of ancient architecture with modern design. A lot of care for the clients, from welcoming to breakfast served in the family living-room, from services to bike-rental. Well equipped, nice conformable bed linen, very quiet area. Appreciated the tea cattle, espresso... More
