Stayed here a few times. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable and breakfast selection very good. Only a few minutes walk from no. 17 tram stop (Waldeck Pyrmontkade) More

We stayed and spent 3 days / 2 nights in den Haag in 2 differents rooms during the 2011 summer. This hotel is well-placed. Surroundings are quiet. You can easily take the tram on the same street. You also can easily walk to the city center, it's not a big deal. We used the private parking (there is one). Continental... More

The hotel is well-placed in a popular residential area near the Peace Palace. Close is tramline 17 that takes 10 minutes to the centre, 15 minutes to the central station and, in the other direction, 5 minutes to the wonderful Gemeentemuseum. The room we had was large and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Unlike some other reviewers, I was not very... More

November is not a high season and I got very good rate on Internet. Free wifi is now available. They allow early check in as long as a room is available. The check-in is quick and efficient. Staff friendly and breakfast ok. Location is not in the centre but not too far (within half an hour walk or few minutes... More

I stayed here for one night and got a room at the first floor. It was a bit noisy. The curtains of the room did not close properly and light from the street-lights and the hotel sign kept sipping in. The one good part about the hotel was its bar, which was very lovely. More

I booked this hotel after being advised by a co-worker that it was conveniently located near a tram stop.Little did I realise that this same tram (together with the buses) would keep me up most of the night. Upon arrival, I noticed that the window in my room did not close properly, meaning that a lot of noise from the... More

Picked this hotel as it was near to where our friend lived and were not disappointed. Room & bed comfortable, and very good breakfast. Car parking available at the rear and free internet - but we were given the wrong password first up and it was only available for one computer. Found out next morning that there is a separate... Plus: quiet and large rooms. decent breakfast included in the charges. Minus: poor service, interior needs repairs (torn curtains, broken shower tube, old-looking carpet) we had a bad experience: we booked for a baby cot and did not receive any. this totally spoiled our night, since baby kept moving on our bed, thus one of us had to sleep on... The Hampshire is small, but clean and bright, with a very "eager to please" staff. The receptionist is also the bartender, so you get the drift. The rooms are spacious by Dutch Standards. Mine opened to a courtyard around back and I enjoyed the bright sunshine, gentle breeze and the sounds of life all around. Right around the corner is... More
