Stayed there two nights on a business trip and really liked the design of the place. Staff was helpful and polite. Nights were silent and the bed comfortable. Life is not grand at the Grand Winston. The customer service is woefully lacking. Believe the crew here were sick the day common courtesy was taught in hotel management school. As all the previous reviewers have indicated the bathroom is a little different. Not only are the walls are 3/4 height glass (although with striped frosting to allow for some privacy), the shower includes optional body height jets - not particularly effective though. I recommend this hotel only if attending business in Rijswijk however I do not recommend this hotel when on vacation at all because it is 10 minutes away from The Hague by train, which leaves only every 30 minutes plus the last train back and forth is before midnight.
