This hotel is full of character, with lavishly decorated rooms and impressive features throughout. Staff were very polite and helpful, although check-in was fairly time consuming.

Truly outstanding, even by the often excellent standards of "Luxury Collection" properties. A lovely, quiet, central location. Professional, friendly staff. Beautiful decor in the public areas.
