Not only is the Hotel Des Indes a gorgeous property, from the common areas to the Junior Suite to which we were upgraded [Room 405] as a Starwood Platinum Member, but the staff at this property just took service to a new level, especially the concierge, Priscilla Overdiek. Ms. Overdiek corresponded with me via email a full ten (10) months... More

Beautifully decorated hotel (for lovers of traditional rather than ultra modern decor) the main public areas are lovely to look at though the seating is extreamly low and i found it very uncomfortable. The room was a very good size with two queen sized beds, top quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses (though obviously this is very much a matter... More

A brilliant hotel on a super spot in heart of one of the most interesting cities of Pays Bas. The place is bursting with tales and stories and history. Famous visitors, splendid parties and lots of luxury new to the hotel branche. But today.........it looks terrific but the steps ahead of the competition are long gone. The Mc.Do culture and... More

One night here visiting The Hague, or more specifically the treasures of the stunning Mauritshuis. Hotel Des Indes exudes old world charm, has a magnificent dining room complete with Corinthian columns, a ridiculous chandelier and an elegant staircase or two fit for a palace. Which indeed it was. However what impressed me most was that it felt both opulent and... More

The hotel is very well appointed and the hotel staff were some of the most helpful I have ever come across. The rooms were comfortable, with great beds and Molton Brown smellies.Didn't use the restaurant but the lounge and bar staff were excellent. Very knowledgeable and happy to pass on suggestions. The only possible let down was breakfast. It was... More

The hotel is a luxurious former Baron's house that was turned into a hotel. The lobby and restaurant are so elegant. The rooms are beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The bathrooms are big and modern. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. It was very disappointing for a luxurious Starwood hotel.

It's really nice hotel (very stylish and nice design). All is perfect (location, rooms - all with unique design, service, breakfast – you can find even whole-wheat bread and all you want for healthy diet).

We arrived at the Hotel after having read about it and knowing we were going into a 5-star Boutique Hotel but were amazed at the Old World elegant atmosphere we found in the entrance, lobby and restaurant of the Hotel. This was reflected both in the service and in the tasteful decoration. The room was a poem in itself: huge,... More

Beautiful hotel - the decor is stunning and the general feel of it is great. I was upgraded and my room was huge with lovely Molton Brown toiletries and a big bathroom. There's a gym here but I didn't have a chance to check it out. Wifi is very fast and complimentary, and I also had a great mint tea... More
