I just stayed here. The heating did not reach the whole room. The room was freezing. The bathroom was an icebox. The service was not helpful, they were not willing to switch the room and there were no extra blankets. more

This is a very small hotel without much facilities but its service is quite good compared to other hotels in the Hague. The lifts may need improvement which barely fit large luggages and is not working very smoothly. The room is ok in size and the food is ok too (though the choice for food is rather limited).
