This Novotel (there is another right in town centre) is integrated into the Convention Centre called World Forum situated in the NE of The Hague towards the coastal resort of Scheveningen. It is well away from the shops and restaurants The World Forum is modern with large conference and seminars rooms. I was there to attend a conference. The hotel... more

There is always a danger that a stay at any Novotel will be a soul-sapping experience, but this one is particularly mind-numbing. There's nothing WRONG with it as such, it's just that there is nothing. Breakfast is poor quality and value at 18EUR, almost every facility will cost you extra (the heating wasn't working in a colleague's bedroom, and the... more

Not my kind of place. I like warmth, character and above all cleanliness. The staff at this hotel are cold and irritating. The staff in the restaurant were extremely unfriendly. But a major problem for me was that the cups and saucers were not cleaned and replaced. I kept focusing on that fact every time I wanted a warm cup... more

I was placed in this hotel while testifying at the ICTY tribunal (literally right next door) and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is small but nice - there is a restaurant (breakfast was included for me but I think its 18 euro otherwise - good hot and cold selections). There is a gym but it is a surcharge (6.5 euros... more

This hotel was the place we decided to stay during the weekend because of an invitation for a wedding at the beach. The staff was very friendly and competent and our room (13e floor) was clean and above expectation. A nice bed and luxury bathroom bur especially the staff gave us that feeling of comfortable stay which made us decide... more

Novotel WorldForum Hotel (located because it's beside UN OPCW where my husband works): It’s best feature is the location. The speedy glass lift does offer a very nice view of downtown Hague. Room and bed are comfortable - It’s an okay value for the money. A few things you may care about – Fitness room is an extra 5 euros... more

Stayed one night on a leisure trip. The hotel description says that is by the beach but it is a ten minute tram ride away! However the hotel is pleasant enough if just a bit anonymous - aimed at business travellers - efficient but as a result bar prices and food are quite expensive. Room was reasonable size (double) and... more

Stayed just one night. Excellent service, nice rooms. Good beds and shower works fine. Quiet, although not much happening this time of year. Public parking under hotel. Short walk to many areas to eat. I would stay here again. more
