I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a couple of days in early July 2014. The hotel is undergoing a great transformation. Whats good: The new rooms are an absolute treat - well laid out, spacious and good quality furnishings There is a window sit-out, which is to die for - a great place to relax, read... More

Booking- no issues Pick up- They need to assign two hotels and pick up and drop off most of the clients straight from hotels. It is a hassle to go to their pick up places at 5:30 am. Manager- Dinshaw is excellent and funny. Driver- Sean is excellent. These are not star buses- but they are contracted. Bus quality: They... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I am WELL travelled all around Europe many dozens of times. The food was AWFUL, I asked the first night what was on the menu, and they said 'many things' including chicken. I thought 'that sounds lovely (thinking of a quarter of chicken in local garnish. To my UTTER... More

Stayed here for a week, actually my second trip (business) The hotel is located near my business so it is convenient that way , but there is not a great deal to do in the city of Zoetermeer. The staff is very friendly and the dining is actually better than average. The sleep quality is great, but the rest of... More

We somehow end up in the same room - a large suite - each time we stay here. Decent enough room with all the necessities and more. Kitchens in several rooms are now locked up from use; others in our travel party had access to their kitchens, which was nice. Since our previous stay they've covered the wood floors with... More

The staff was again is very friendly speaks great English and do take care of us. The breakfast is wonderful. The room is small and more run down... More

This hotel is really nice, big and spacious (3 adults). I was a little worried about being to far away from the city, but I'm relieved to be away from the hustle and bustle. It's a quick tram ride to the city, which stops right outside. The staff are really friendly, helpful and all speak English which was nice. Would... More

I booked this hotel, because of the location and as a KLM Flying Blue member I could earn 500 miles on this stay. There was a comic convention held in Zoetermeer and I was attending it for two days and spend one night in this hotel. When I arrived, the building looked very old and crappy. The main entrance was... More

I found this a standard hotel, good for one night. I didn't choose this hotel, I was sent here because the hotel I had arranged was overbooked. The Hotel is adjacent to Zoetermeer Railway station and Driemanspolder Tram station(Ranstadrail) The room was spacious and clean, with TV (Dutch Channels + BBC News + CNN) and Tea / coffee making facilities....
