We got upgraded to one of the recently refurbished rooms. Nice room, nice architect, functional. Coffee and tea as normal in business hotels. Shower ok, except from the sink, they made the water hose in such a way that you can't normally wash you hands. Pity... Besides this minor detail, nice. Possibility to open the window for some fresh air.... More

its a decent hotel very close to station. Do not book if you are seeking something outside Amsterdam because travelling is not easy. Has free wifi, even in rooms (thumbsup). Becomes very quiet after evening!

I stayed here for a couple of days 7-9th December. Pro's. Nice rooms, pleasant staff Cons. No restaurant service on a Sunday, no Mini Bar Decent hotel for business, but quite far away from anything.. except the station. Nothing wrong with this hotel, but thats all it is a place to sleep

Hotel is simple and sweet. The breakfast was very good and staff was very attentive. The hotel is located in zoetermeer which is some distance away from the happening part of the city. People want to enjoy calm and peaceful time, this should be a good option

Bed was comfortable. Rooms was very clean. Decor was good. Lobby was nice. The train station is barely 100 mtrs from lobby which is a big plus. We took the train to Amsterdam at 11 pm in the night and it felt quite safe. Overall satisfied with the stay and would recommend to others

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a couple of days in early July 2014. The hotel is undergoing a great transformation. Whats good: The new rooms are an absolute treat - well laid out, spacious and good quality furnishings There is a window sit-out, which is to die for - a great place to relax, read... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I am WELL travelled all around Europe many dozens of times. The food was AWFUL, I asked the first night what was on the menu, and they said 'many things' including chicken. I thought 'that sounds lovely (thinking of a quarter of chicken in local garnish. To my UTTER... More

Stayed here for a week, actually my second trip (business) The hotel is located near my business so it is convenient that way , but there is not a great deal to do in the city of Zoetermeer. The staff is very friendly and the dining is actually better than average. The sleep quality is great, but the rest of... More

We somehow end up in the same room - a large suite - each time we stay here. Decent enough room with all the necessities and more. Kitchens in several rooms are now locked up from use; others in our travel party had access to their kitchens, which was nice. Since our previous stay they've covered the wood floors with... More
