I stay in this hotel often and there is little to criticise except the lack of a pool. The staff are exceptionally professional, polite and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable, large rooms, almost all in 100% working order (I have stayed in most), large confortable beds, all non smoking. It is quiet and very suitable for regular business trips.... more

This is a 5 star hotel, but it would fit perfectly if it were classified as a 4 star hotel. There is no free Internet in the Business Center and the slowness characterizes the service at the restaurant. The best : 1 - The incredible staff in the front desk. The young women and men who works there are really... more

This is a business hotel that we happened to stay in on a vacation. It is near the World Forum convention center but that was not of interest to us. It is on the #1 tram line which gives easy access to Scheveningen, central Den Haag, and the Den Haag train station. The rooms were clean and large if not... more

It's been an absolute relief to experience genuine service again, from arrival to departure every staffmember was helpfull and friendly. Although the hotel may have a bit outdate atmosphere, all area's are clean, and very spacious including the rooms. I had a room on the third floor overlooking the beautiful parc and the weather even permitted me to do some... more

This is the perfect place if you want to split your time between the wonderful beach/promenade and the city itself. If you are only in Den Haag for a short period and don't intend visiting the seafront, or are using Den Haag as a base to explore other Dutch cities, then I would recommend that you stay a little closer... more

Not an overwhelming but very solid Crowne Plaza Hotel in Den Haag. It is not too centrally located but close to the Tram which brings you to the City center. The location close to a big park is very nice though. The room we had was very clean and newly renovated as it seemed. Complete with international TV programms, minibar... more

I am not sure if this hotel has been upgraded since the last review, but I had entirely positive experience here. I stayed 5 nights with my extended family (12 of us altogether) in late July, early August 2007, and we all had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, rooms spacious for Europe, extremely comfortable beds ( which I... more

Stayed here on business for a week and wasn’t looking for too much so the Crown Plaza covered my needs, but it probably wouldn’t suit those looking for something cosy, luxurious or interesting. The hotel’s is basically a large 1960’s brick with balconies outside most rooms (although I don’t know why as they only overlooked the car park and petrol... more

The hotel is like a 50's convention centre converted into a hotel, complete with post-stalinist art, furniture collected from a variety of charity shops and creaking elevators. Rooms were superficially clean- but I'd advise you not to look too closely at the bed spreads. How this place can describe itself as a business hotel, let alone 5 star is quite... more
