We stayed here for free, a giftvoucher from friends of ours, so it's hard to say anything about value for money... Our room was located somewhere in the back of the hotel, we had to walk across three corridors before we got to our room. Our room was really tiny, and the huge bed took in most of the space.... more

Stayed in a junior suite on a Saturday night. Price: € 140.- + 7.00 tax + 20.00 for parking. The room was on the top floor. The windows could not be fastened to keep them open so we had to improvise. Wall paper was coming off at several places, the furniture would look good at a pawn shop. The remote... more

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in since I was a student. My room was tired, shabby and depressing. Bed linen was yellowing and holed. Tiles in the bathroom coming off the walls, peeling wallpaper and a ghastly tiled ceiling. There was no way I could get the room lights to come on, just the bedside lamps. That wasn't... more

I travel full time for my work. I stay in a lot of hotels. I'm really not that fussy. I spend as little time as possible in my room so all I want is a clean, warm room, comfortable bed and internet access in case I need to do some work in the evening. So, for €150 per night, you'd... more

Yes, it might be centrally located, but this isn't London or even Amsterdam - The Hague is actually rather small, so getting to the touristy bits shouldn't take more than 15-20 min, no matter where you're holed up. And besides, I'm a business traveller, so a good night's sleep is the most important issue for me. As some of the... more

After a frustrating 40 minutes of driving around the pedestrianised zones, we finally gave up trying and had to go into the hotel on foot and ask how to get to the carpark. The whole area in front of the hotel is being resurfaced, the tram lines run right outside and there was a builders yard erected for their materials/equipment.... more

Although this hotel does have a very central location, parking (at a price, of course) and helpful reception staff, the downside is the noise. The whole area in front of the hotel is under major construction, which will continue for many months - work starts at 7.30am with a vengeance. And then, at night, when the pubs and clubs turn... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they are still renovating part of this hotel, friends had a room in the front of the hotel and were woken at 7am to construction work, but our room was at the back and we heard nothing. Our room was fine, no bath only shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast staff very... more

When we booked our room we stated very clearly that we could only accept a non-smoking room and asked the hotel to contact us if they could not provide one. They did not do this so we thought all was well... but guess what: They gave us a smoking room. We complained, and they initially denied that the room was... more

We had a wonderful stay here as part of our honeymoon. We liked the fact that there is parking next door, although in an extremely cramped and highly secure embassy garage. The restaurant was lovely, the room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom and glass shower were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The binnenhof is across the street,... more
