Although not centrally located, the hotel is only 15 minutes from Den Haag by tram. A great hotel with an amazing spa. The outdoors jacuzzi is quite an experience. Highly recommend the six course meal with a good selection of wine. The staff very friendly and experienced.

This hotel was selected as being conveniently on the outskirts of the Hague and the map indicated easy access from the motorway. I was wrong on access and had to drive round the block twice (with the hotel clearly visible) before finding the obscure turning at some traffic lights. The hotel website directions are non-existent - just a Google map... More

Dear Barrybloke, thank you for your review on Tripadvisor! We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your stay, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the location. It is good to read that you found the hotel room comfortable, unfortunately the room wasn't practical for you. Everyday we refill the coffee and tea in the room.... More

We had dinner at Savarin. The outside looks nice but the experience was not that good. We had a three course meal with not too much flavour. The accompanying wines were good but while serving they really couldn't tell anything about the wines. The staff was kind but very young and unexperienced. The price was to high compaited to what... Had been informed we now use this hotel for work visitors due to it being far more comfortable than the hotel closer to our offices. It is incredible. As it was a work visit, no time to use the facilities so unable to comment on them at all, although having robes and slippers in the room if you did want... More

I had high hopes for staying here, however, the stay really did not meet up to my expectations. The room I was in was quite dark with really weird paintings on the wall (but I guess that is a question of taste). The high tech lighting and TV system took a while to sort out. Most dissapointing was the breakfast... More

The "waiters" where untrained and unsupervised students - both in the hotel and also at the breakfast area. We waited 20mins for a coffee (€3.75! and without a biscuit). And over 30 minutes for lunch (2 salads and one sandwich) which was mainly due to the staff not knowing who had ordered it (please bear in mind that there was... More

As we were unable to get away for our anniversary, we opted for spa, dinner and a hotel close to home. Everyone and everything was lovely. Despite only being there for the night we managed to forget basics like toothpaste etc and everything was available at the desk, no questions, no problems. Totally unrelated to the hotel itself I was... More

First of all: the room looks nice, the bathroom too. The spa with the steam bath is nice for relaxation but the pool is way to short to do some real swimming. The personal at the reception was friendly, but when asked about a sportsbar that screens the German Bundesliga they were not able to help me (so receptionists yes,... More

Located in Rijswijk (effectively a suberb of The Hague) this is in some ways a rather odd hotel - located ideally for business, just off the motorway, but with the facilities of a holiday spa hotel and really excellent, funky, individual rooms. It has a pool, recliners, outdoor steam rooms and I am sure more (I was on business so... More

Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome, Superb restaurant with excellent service. Breakfast that you really enjoy. Nice, comfortable and well equipped rooms.
