Stayed here for a business conference last week. Excellent value; lovely hotel and staff. Will definitely stay here again. Good location and great breakfast. Enjoyed the lounge every night! Rooms were very clean and modern

Yes; it near by tram station. That's why you can get there easily. If you are lucky you'll stay with a habour view. I really like the hotel concept, the rooms designed as it is a painting- nice ambiance. It was a very long time ago that I have been there. Just the think that I remember nice and romantic ambiance... More

I had a reservation for three nights booked some weeks ago. When arriving I found a sign behind the locked glass doors "temporarily closed - more info at reception". Why did they not inform their customers? Why is the door to reception locked? Why does nobody answer the doorbell? Why does nobody answer the phone? I had to look for... More

I booked this hotel because of the location and the kitchenette. I was not disappointed with either of these, however the room numbers were a bit hard to find at first, they are hidden in the art pieces on the walls in the hallway. We were staying in Rotterdam for more than a week so it was nice to be... More

A bit hard to find as exterior signage is quite limited. Parking required assistance from staff to open garage and unlock doors to and from lobby. Very casual dining room which was mobbed at breakfast. Dinner service fairly slow initially but became attentive after food was served. Good variety of food. Overall, a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay without... More

Windows couldn't be opened (I asked), no air con or other mechanism to bring in fresh air, only a feeble fan to move the stale air around. Luckily it wasn't hot or it would have been unbearable. Also concerned about a floor lamp that wouldn't turn off from the switch and had to be unplugged from the wall jack--made me... More

The furnishing in this hotel is a mixture between Ikea, Habitat and a car boot sale, everything seems to be thrown together but it works. The rooms are large with your own little kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and sink) a proper couch and a massive bed and of course en suite bathroom. The rooms are double glazed so... Was staying for several nights during an exhibition. Had a large room with a desk that could also been used (not squeezed in between bed and wall), sofa and kitchen. Night porter very helpful, ladies serving breakfast obviously were of the opinion "a smile is enough service". Being asked if I would like coffee or tea, I assumed that one... More

To start of with we were welcomed by friendly staff and a welcome drink. The room was huge with kitchenette and bathroom. The furniture in out room looked very outdated but we didn't care as the vieuw on the 14th floor blew us away. The hotel is only a few tube stops away from the city center (shopping) and the... More
