What a superb hotel, from the customer service to the hotel amenities. Would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Rotterdam. There are works ongoing to extend the hotel, but this did not impact our stay. In fact am, am looking forward to visiting when the new part is open! More

The hotel is comfortable with reasonable sized rooms. Good breakfast buffet but evening menu not very inspiring. It's better to walk up the street to eat at night. The Inntel Hotel in Rotterdam is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The view of the Erasmus bridge from the Panorama Top rooms is overwhelming. We stayed here as we hade tickets for Micheall Buble at the Ahoy, which is only 4 stops away on the Metro. Very nice staff on the check in desks, and room was available 3 hours before normal check in time. Rooms were a bit small, and the bathroom was pretty cramped, but everything worked OK.
