Please note this is a very small hotel without regular reception, and they do not clearly indicate on their website (and related websites like hotel.nl) that they are closed late at night. Subsequently you end up in front of a closed door, and they do not pick up the phone, which means you and your family find yourselves without lodging... More

Excellent location. Friendly, professional service. A nice and quiet area. We were very impressed. 2 minutes walk from town centre and very close to Central Station. Very reasonably priced, comparative to other B&B's. Secure, off-street storage for bikes.

I stayed here recently. Steep stairs but the owner Ed always helps with the bags. This guy cannot do enough for you whilst staying here, a true gentleman. Hotel accommodation great, free wifi, fast speed, comfortable beds, and a very quiet street. If you go out everything is close by, Ed will even order in food for you.. Breakfast also... More

I stayed at his hotel for 3 nights last year during a visit to Rotterdam. It's perfectly located close to the main Train Station, on a very calm Street in front to a nice river. The recepcionist was very freindly. The hotel room was clean, nice beds, and the price was OK. The only thing you have to conisder if... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are cramped and basic, but clean. The complimentary breakfast is limited. If you have luggage bigger than a carry-on, it will be difficult to get your luggage up to the top floor. The stairs are steep, narrow and treacherous at... More

I stayed in Hotel Bienvenue with another 4 persons in my group of travellers. It was a good, basic accommodation which suit our tight budget. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms as well. The double room has shower and bathtub and the tripple room only has shower - all ensuite. The only problem with this property is that the upper... More

The Bievue is not for everone, but it does have some key advantages. It is located 300 meters behind the Central Station on a quiet canal lined street. It is inexpensive, clean, with a friendly staff. The rooms are non-smoking although one could smoke in the small garden in the back. The rooms are very small. They are like the... More
