It pays to read everything before pressing the booking key. I didn't quite read the fine print, but no matter, this place has the location for the price & an OK bar too. My room was just for me, which is just as well, as another person there would've been impossible. Shared WC & shower with 4 other rooms, the... More

A sunrise and a breathtaking view with the bridge at Rotterdam. What can be better view if this is the first thing you see from the hotel window when you wake up? That's why I love it here. The breakfast served with variety choice. Recommend for couple

I stayed here for 1 night while on business in Rotterdam, and could not fault the location of the hotel for its views -.t is right on the riverside by the spectacular Erasmus bridge. It is roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the thriving pubs/restaurants/shops in the centrum. The room was a bit small and basic, but comfy enough for... More

Only stayed 1 night at this hotel, when i booked it i was impressed with the river and Erasmus bridge view through the window, unfortunately we didn't get it eben tho i mentioned it in the booking comments, but we were to tired after traveling to ask for a change. Room was nice and clean, had a tv, shower/toilet. It's in... More

The Maritime Hotel (Zeemanshuis) is right on the banks of the River Maas in Central Rotterdam. If you love ships, this is the place for you. It's comfortable, convenient and inexpensive for the Single traveller. Barges and tugs pass by, all day long. Coasters are quite frequently to be seen. In Summer, there's every chance of a Cruise Liner berthing... More

I stayed for 7 days late July 2014 - and agree with others: perfectly adequate for a couple of nights, and I felt safe as a lone traveller. If staying longer than a couple of days, I'd pay extra somewhere else for the extras: more room in rooms, a fridge, wider variety for breakfast (and beyond 9:30am weekdays), and less... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night in June 2014 and was quite happy with my stay. For the price you can't expect a lot more. The location is excellent being only a short walk into the city centre. The hotel is also a seaman's mission so has facilities for sailors as well as a small room for religious... More

I stayed there for 2 days in June 14. The location is good, tram stop is just outside the hotel and if you step outside the hotel you will find the river and Erasmus bridge. One other good thing is it's fairly clean. It's not a luxury or high end hotel by any means, you get what you pay for... More

I would like to say that this is a clean and basic hotel but the location gives it a 5 star. The staff is very friendly , they offer free wifi and breakfast has good selection. But once you step out from the hotel you can have a excellent view during night time and almost all the modes of commuting... More

The placement of the hotel is ideal, at night or daytime the view when you go out of the hotel leaves you breathless, the reception staff was more than helpful and polite. I felt good seeing so many multithnic people, that is a sign of modern management. With the rooms you have to be lucky or to book one with... More
