The staff at this hotel is the nightmare of customer service. They avoid answering your demands by placing blame on the guest and giving the excuse of being "very busy". This hotel has traditional decor which is well looked after. Nice gardens too. We had a family room (for the 2 of us) and it was a good-sized room. A decent enough small hotel, but for the fact the proprietor smokes those little cigars all day (and probably has done so for years) and so the smell of cigars permeates the rooms, even rooms he has probably never entered!
