Having been forced to book a night in this hotel by Airmiles after booking two return flights from MAN to AMS (that's another story) I was hoping for a basic level of service, unfortunately this hotel did not provide it. From first appearance, this hotel just looks tired, old fashioned and passé. There is little attention to detail in terms... more

Do not stay here if you value your life! How can you possibly rate a hotel that should have been bulldozed 25 years ago??? I have never stayed in any place including youth camps that would rate as badly as this place. Filthy, stinks, buidling itself is falling apart as are many of the room facilities. Dangerous in many ways... more

Our tour group stayed for 3 nights in April '09. We didn't receive our accommodation details until very late in the proceedings (read 'too late to change') and we were more than a little worried after reading the reviews here. The 'good' news is that it is not as bad as the worst of the review comments but the bad... more

The location of this hotel is nearby the shopping area and night clubs (very noisy by night time), but there are too many negative sides of the hotel to recommend it to anyone. We stayed in a triple room for six nights. The first night we stayed in a room with several broken lamps and a bath tube with only... more

I have never experienced anything dirstiest and smelliest in my life. In addition to this, for 2 nights drunk neighbors kept me awake shouting at 3 am in the morning for hours, nobody from reception told them to shut up. Breakfast buffet was dirty, filthy pottery, used glasses. The toilet was disgusting, like the rest of the room, with rusty... more

I urge you not to stay here as you will certainly get bed bugs as I did. I stayed in Rotterdam for one week and on the last night had to transfer to a new hotel. I chose this one for the price, bad decision. Although the location was ideal, when I arrived I was very disgusted. Very dirty, smelling... more

It was a dirty place. Thick dust and dirty bed linnen are two of the "qualities" you see once you are in the hotel room. Bathroom was dark and dirty with worn out towels. I had to buy my ownd bed sheets and towels for the three days I had to stay there. Can someone responsible for the hygiene of... more
